Lemon + blueberries

First, we cook our signature lemon curd. Then we make our honey short crust pastry, thinly roll it out, bake until crisp, cool it and chop it into small pieces. We cover the blueberries with a thin layer of neutral glaze and spread them on top. These jars are available on our menu in summer.
